Co-development groups

Professional co-development is a unique methodology applied through a series of half-day sessions for groups of six to ten people.

As part of this process, a participant assumes the role of ‘the client’ and proposes to the group a problem, a preoccupation, a project – the 3 Ps – or a topic that he or she wants to clarify in order to improve his or her action plan.

The other participants are ‘the consultants’ and undertake to help ‘the client’.
